I see it all the time: people holding out for that “perfect” home. But with the realty demand high and inventory low, they can end up waiting a while and paying even more. It’s called the “urban wave” – as more and more young people chose to move to cities. Greenville, South Carolina, was ranked the 9th best city in the country for young people under age 35, according to a recent study by Growella and published by CNBC.
